Introduction ...

Hi, I'm Mijndert, 52 years of age and born in Rotterdam, the Netherlands.

Well, something about my daily doings, I have different hobby's. In any order I will count them.

Stamps, yes I'm a real philatelist, I collect them since I was 9! I've got alot now, stamps from all over the world. Expensive ones are the ones I don't have, because you have to buy them, and that is a very strange word for a Dutchie :)

Next, I do modelling, mainly trucks at scale 1:87 till 1:16. In real life I'm driving a Mercedes Benz Actros 5044 10x8, a tipper.

Fishing, a passion since I was 11. Although I don't fish alot the last 8 years, because my back, I still like to bind my own fly's and make salt water gear. I like all disciplines, except carp, to static. Walking in the polder (wetlands), with a flyrod or a light spinner is a nice thing to do. And what about the beach or the sea?

Last but no least, the PC. The things you can do ... pagemaking :) But also making program's, produce a photo collection, a stamp catalog, chatting, find new friends.

After that I continue with Nikon.
